I am sorry to ask, but your illness could be linked to fukushima? I mean you are exactly on the down fall wind from there in hokaido, furthermore as you go out often with corgi and that you eat food from there... I am just asking and hope that it will be healed. Furthermore you could check the website http://enenews.com/ there you could find one of the only active community speaking about way to mitigate risks, what food etc...
