Pikachu & Pokeball Macaroon cookies!

Hello! Today I will share the Pikachu macaroon cookies that I baked.
Macaroon is french cookies which is very hard to make, I failed so many times and I finally got hang of it!
I figure out that controlling room temperature and humidity is the key to bake macaroon successfully!
Macaroons are so delicate even after they are done backing!
I used chocolate nutella cream for filling.
They are bit sweet but so addictive!
Inside of the macaroon is so chewy and nutty, creamy hazelnut chocolate filling gives nice accent after enjoying the sweet almond flavor cookies.
Have you ever tried them before? I really want you to try it :)

可愛くて食べられないよぉ〜とか言いながらムシャムシャ食べました🎵
アールグレイのお紅茶と合うのですよ〜もう最高
中はヘーゼルナッツクリームチョコを挟みました！
アーモンドプードルの優雅な香り、外はサクっと中はモイストで柔らか・・・そして優しくクリーミーなヘーゼルナッツとチョコレートが下の上でとろけるのです❤️
これはまさに恋心を連想させちゃいます
一口食べると目を閉じて大好きな人を連想しちゃうような感覚w
おーいピカチュウどこいった〜？！　
あっ！そうだね、ピカチュウ可愛かったね　うん　美味しいよ　ありがとう
ってな感じでマカロンは何度も作るの失敗するけど上手に焼けた時の達成感は、はんぱないです！
あ〜夜遅いのに甘い物がまた食べたくなってきた〜我慢　我慢！
