本日紹介するのは日本のクラフトビールである「僕ビール、君ビール。」です。

ビール好きな方ならこの特徴的な名前から察しが付くかもしれませんが、日本のクラフトビール界を牽引するヤッホーブルーイングから発売されているビールです。
タイプとしてはセゾンになります。

セゾンとはフランス語で「季節」を意味し、その名の通り、ベルギー南部ワロン地方の農民たちが冬の農閑期に仕込み、夏の農作業終わりに飲むためのビールでした。

日本のビールでこのセゾンタイプを扱っているのはかなり珍しいと思います。どうしても海外のビールは比較的高くなってしまうので、このクオリティでかつ安価でセゾンタイプが飲めるのは僕ビール、君ビールぐらいなのではないかと思っています。

味わいはセゾンの特徴であるホップの効いた爽やかな苦みが特徴です。

Today I am introducing Japanese craft beer "I am beer, you beer."

If you are a beer lover you might be able to recognize from this distinctive name, but it is a beer that is being released from Yahoo Brewing, which is leading the Japanese craft beer community.
As Saison type will be Saison.

Saison means "season" in French, as its name implies, farmers in the Wallonia region of southern Belgium put in the winter agricultural season and beer to drink at the end of summer farming work.

I think that it is quite unusual to handle this Saison type in Japanese beer. Because beer of overseas will become comparatively expensive by all means, I think that beer, you be beer, that we can drink saison type cheaply with this quality.

Taste is characteristic of Saison's fresh bitter which hops acted.
