Ueno park looks like a nice place to go to enjoy the outdoors in the city. Mr. Takamori Saigo must have been a truly loving man to only accept dog related gifts but not for himself. Those type of people have a great heart because they love animals. I will have to look up Mr. Takamori Saigo for his history. Thank-you Kinakomochi for a wonderful post!
Takamori Saigo is famous as one who overshot the Tokugawa Shogunate in Japan. Representative Men of Japan is a recommended book because other interesting people will come up.
