足元は大事

娘に初めての靴を買いました。

足元は大事だと思い裸足感覚に近い靴を選びました。
昨今の怪我が多いのは靴が機能的過ぎて体の機能を
使い切れないためだと教えて頂いたので小さい内が
凄い大事だと感じてます。
