Japan is a very hot season now.
Coffee is good in a cool place, but herbal tea brought up by gardening and cool herbal tea is also good.
連日溶けそうな位暑いですねぇ。
喫茶店も良いですが、ガーデニングで育ったハーブを使ってのハーブティーも良いですよ(^^)

This time I will use apple mint and lemon balm.
今回はアップルミントとレモンバーム。よく洗ってボットに入れましょう。

Hot tea is also good, but for the time now I will pour into a cup filled with ice.
熱いハーブティーも良いですが、この時期は氷たっぷりのコップに注いで飲みます。
実は緑茶も少々濃く淹れて、氷たっぷりのコップに一気に注ぐと言うのは、私が学生時代に
お茶農家の子に教わったやり方です。
