Morning yoga 💕🤸♀️
It's been getting cooler recently in Japan.
I need to prepare for cold winter so warm cold body by air conditioner and shaved ice.
Normally I take normal yoga lesson but today I take hot stone yoga lesson😎✌️
It become warm from inside and aroma makes me relax.
Nobady is still coming at 8am.
Today's aroma is mint, blackpaper and rosemarie.
It is a crescent moon tonight.
It's the day when the most our body relax over the month. But sontimes it our body become too relax and muscular loosen.
Then the spicy aroma is very usefull to brace ourselves.
Normal yoga studio.
かき氷で、冷え冷えになった体を温めに、久しぶりに岩盤ヨガへ🏃🏻💨
朝から汗かくの気持ちいいー✧ ( °∀° )/ ✧
今日は三日月。
新月から3日目は体が1番緩む日。
スパイシーなアロマで身も心も引き締めながらの朝ヨガです🙄🖐🏻
今日も1日頑張るっ！
