Discretionary labor system

The abuse of the discretionary labor system is now a problem in Japan.

Although it is a system in which a company pays a fixed amount of money and a worker performs labor, it is regarded as a problem that there is no discretion that an employee should have.

The company carries out a lot of work with a minimum number of employees.

There is not "efficiency improvement" or "productivity improvement", but "overnight" or "service overtime".

It is easy to call this "exploitation", I think this is "slavery system".
