RE: Top 3 Disorienting Aspects of Living in Japan (Notes from Under the Tatami Mats–10 … My Adventures in Japan)
Japan is really a weird place. Nameless street. North meaning down and down meaning North. This is chaotic and unthinkable. Could there possibly be any reason for this queer environmental arrangements?
PS: These series are quite thrilling and awe-inspiring.
No reason. It seems like they just never got around to naming the streets. And if anyone every says "We should name all the streets," another person, probably his supervisor, would say "Why?"
And that would be the end of that.
Hahaha it is really weird.
PS: I didn't see your mail reply. I guess you've been quite busy.
