I really love listening to pop music but actually i never knew that japan also use to sing pop. I was thinking pop is only majorly u.s.a song singer
Yes, many of us westerners tend to think that "pop" music is strictly US music (with a bit of UK / Euro-pop thrown in for good measure).
But most of the rest of the world has its own pop music. From the Middle East, to Japan and Korea, to India and beyond, most people tend to listen to pop music in their own language and from their own traditions before they listen to the pervasive western pop.
And good for them!
