My Thoughts on Janacek's Jenufa at the Deutsche Oper Berlin

I was really excited to make this review because of such an illustrious cast of singers. And boy, did they all exceed my expectations and a huge congratulations to not only Jennifer Larmore, Michaela Kaune, Hanna Schwarz, Will Hartmann, Ladislav Elgr, Nadine Secunde, Simon Pauly, Stephen Bronk and Martina Welschenbach but to sir Donald Runnicles for magnificent conducting and to Christoph Loy for such an intriguing production. I really hope that a DVD of this production will be released. So sit back, relax and enjoy.
