I wanted to try the roast cabbage recipe today, but we ended with steamed leeks and cabbage instead with roast lamb, english potatoes and spicy carrots. It went down well, Patrick had seasoned the lamb, I did all the vegetables. I thought I had made enough for tomorrow as well, but there is only a tiny plate left!
Great ideas for the next time I see him. Thank you 🙏 I know he would more than willing to sing. Would probably need to make arrangements for the cooking.
