Sunday Dinner
Yesterday i made some oven baked jerk chicken glazed with a sauce i made. It came out pretty good, but it definitely not as good as the ones from the drum grills.
I used the Jamaica Choice Mild Jerk Sauce since the family doesn't like it too spicy.
I baked the chicken for 30 minutes on each side, then 15 minutes on each side with the sauce. Oven was set at 400°. The sides was mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes (not seen on plate). Since i limit my carb intake i made a separate chic and red pea salad for myself. I also had a slice of pear (avocado) on the side.
It was a good filling meal, looking forward to the leftovers for dinner later.

Yuh done know. I couldn't find the Walkerwood seasoning, so i tried that one. Its pretty good and the packaging is definitely appealing to the eye.
