Every Georgia house, a trap house

Dam if my Spectrum and Georgia power bills weren't $300 a piece. Add that to $1,600 rent, and what do you get? No punch line here.

My water bill went up to $150 tied in with that $1,600 above but I've never paid $1,450 since I moved in 2015.

As it goes in Atlanta, so goes Georgia. It's not Florida, where what happens in Tallahassee stays in Tallahassee. What happens in Tampa's different from Miami and Orlando, and now Jacksonville.

Since 2008 and housing crisis, and Chapters 13, 7 and foreclosure, then finally discharge of debtor in 2010; I learned, ancillary bills will double and triple on you making their own mortgage, on top of existing mortgage. And that was just a townhome.

Should have stayed in an apartment, which by the way tripled from $555 to the existing: one bedroom, one bath one bedroom, one den one bathroom, 3 2 1\2 (townhome), two bedroom two bath, and now three bedrooms, two baths. I am the only man in my house; I need at least three or four bathrooms.
