🌐 ITO Protocol- Incentivised Token Offering Crowdfunding Model
The ITO Protocol is the core crowdfunding technology developed by the ITO Network, using centralized and decentralized elements to provide a secure incentivised token offering environment. ITOs allow projects to propose their concept or idea to potential participants who wish to support the project by making a pledge or connecting new ITO participants, incentivised by the ability to accumulate cryptocurrency or [IUT] during the crowdfunding stage. During the ITO crowdfunding period, participants are able to accumulate cryptocurrency or ITO Utility Tokens by making a tokenised or non-tokenised pledge to show their support of the proposed projects’ development. The crowdfunding period allows participants to continue accumulating cryptocurrency until 58% of all pledges have been accumulated, activating the ITO Utility Token [IUT] smart-contract to begin tokenisation of the ITO.
⚙️ [ITO] ERC-20 Smart Contract Information
The ITO smart-contract periodically burns/mints the amount of tokens reserved each ITOs tokenisation during the crowdfunding stage. At the time of tokenisation, the reserved [ITO] is swapped to [IUT], leaving a time-stamped record of the ITO’s crowdfunding and tokenisation on the Ethereum blockchain. ITO Protocol v3.0 will feature real-time minting and burning of tokenisation reserves for each ITO. In the near future, [ITO] can be used by holders to speculate the value of the crowdfunding technology on supported cryptocurrency exchanges.

I am Rodger, the community manager of the ITO Network blockchain initiative.
The recent division of the MVG Network Token [MVG] to the ITO Network [ITON], ITO Protocol [ITO] and ITO Utility Token [IUT] has greatly improved the scalability of the ITO Network, allowing supporters to clearly distinguish between the ITON blockchain initiative, ITO Protocol crowdfunding technology and the ITO Utility Token [IUT].
On the 30th of April 2020, MVG was autonomously swapped at a 1:1 rate to the ITO Utility Token [IUT] and has continued trading regularly on exchanges in May 2020. Thanks to this smooth transition utilising the ITO Network to participate in zero-risk incentivised token offerings is easier and more beneficial than ever, and will only become more so leading up to the completion of ITO Protocol v3.0.
