After some time they didn't update anything about their project. The dev have contacted me to make new update news about HONESTIS.NETWORK project. Here some post form them at their site
PreICO contributors accept that the final terms of honestis.network Token and its interactions with all application layers provided by Honestis.Network team and its usage in Honestis.Network and Honestis.Network DO (using similar to DAO smartcontract). Terms which at the time of the actual preICO and ICO are not yet available and/or complete.

Tokens don’t need to be claimed from the preICO smartcontract as they are generated on the way, by simple watch Token you might see how many tokens you get after transfer.
