IoT Chain is a lite OS for IoT devices integrated in a chip.
They use PBFT blockchain and DAG for high security and high performance.
The team has 6 months of advance on the current roadmap, they expect to release the mainnet in December 2018. Once the mainnet will be live, they will do a split for the tokens, meaning that billions of tokens will be created without diluting the value.
The team has signed numerous partnerships and agreements with companies that will integrate the chip once it's ready, you can check them in the whitepaper and on their website. Most of the partnerships are with big companies, for example :

ITC partnered with Ma Zhiwei, Vice President of Opple Lighting, a company which became the world's largest lighting company after going public. Ma Zhiwei is an advisor of ITC.
They have an agreement with Bosch and Bosch will test ITC chips. This is the same news that added billions of dollars to the IOTA market cap.
ITC partnered with FBG Capital, Hashed and RedNova.
