Unfortunately, yes. No KYC means I can't use my Wise account. Unfortunately, it also means I can't move funds from my bank account to another country's, if a day I'll leave Brazil. In such a case, KYC is compulsory to move banks' funds.

Don't worry, dear! If KYC is not that big deal for you as it is for me, you can sign up to gate.io. gate.io accepts altcoins steem and you can sell them for the presented pairs. There is also Binance, but I don't trust Binance at all. It has frozen Riccardo's funds apparently no reason as it frozen a lot of Italian accounts. In Brazil it began to ask for third level KYC in 2022, thanks God I had left my Binance account empty a few days before. Without KYC: you can try Stealthex, as it should receive steem. Look for the minimum deposit and minimum trade amounts before sending to gate.io or Stealthex.
I think I try Stealthex it sounds better. I'm not a Binance fan.

My dear, it would happen if my couple will be able to move to the region Friuli-Venezia-Giulia (one of the best areas, as it faces the autonomy benefit), in the borders area with Croatia or Austria. We are thinking about that specific area, as I own the proper qualifications to participate to public examinations for primary and kindergarten teachers that Friuli accepts. It's still not sure. If it will be, possibly will pass some years (the end of 2026 or the end of 2029, possibly). And yes, in such a case, I'll need to transfer from Wise to a bank in Friuli.

I wonder if online banks exist without KYC.
My son and I have also N26 strangly as my youngest tried to open one, she gave her ID everything at least 3 times she was rejected. No reason why, we asked, nothing. So we switched banks.
They don't exist, as an online bank is in any way a bank. In the case of FIAT banks, impossible to open an anonymous account, as all criminals in the world would do parties and celebrations...
Does N26 require a minimum monthly income to open a bank account? Could it be the reason your daughter couldn't open a N26 account? Is your daughter in legal age or still a teenager under 18 years old?
