Forever together...

🇬🇧 After a hot day spent cutting a plant that dangled dangerously towards the roof of the house, not even do it on purpose, after was come a strong storm that forced us to return home. I like observing these atmospheric phenomenon, so I open a window at the back of the house and I look at the trees shaken by the wind and the lightning strikes copiously. At a certain point these two collared doves sheltered side by side, seeking shelter inside a hazel tree.

I stayed for a few minutes to observe them, this bird like others has a particularity, reached maturity choose a companion and that will be for life, are a symbol of eternal love, something that in human nature is almost mystical. In our daily life we ​​ask ourselves too many questions, surmounted by mountains of thoughts, all of this deviates us from truly important things, such as love, friendship, amazement in discovering life every day. Sometimes we wrap ourselves with pessimism, we always look at the half-empty glass, it's easier to complain about what's wrong, what hurts us, close us in four walls, instead of rejoicing that we are here to live life, a life precious, that if embraced with the heart can give away wonderful dreams. Like the two collared doves, who inseparable face the storm together, forever.

🇮🇹 Dopo una calda giornata passata a tagliare una pianta che pendeva pericolosamente verso il tetto della casa, neanche farlo apposta si è abbattuto un forte temporale che ci ha costretti a rientrare in casa. Mi piace osservare questi fenomeni, quindi apro una finestra che da sul retro della casa e mi misi ad osservare gli alberi scossi dal vento e i fulmini che si abbattevano copiosamente. Ad un certo punto queste due tortore dal collare si rifugiano una accanto all'altra cercando riparo dentro un nocciolo.

Sono rimasto per qualche minuto ad osservarle, questo uccello come altri ha una particolarità, raggiunta la maturità scelgono un compagno e quello sarà per tutta la vita, sono un simbolo di amore eterno, una cosa che nella natura umana risulta quasi mistica. Nella nostra quotidianità ci poniamo troppe domande, sormontate da montagne di pensieri, tutto questo ci devia dalle cose veramente importanti, come l'amore, l'amicizia, lo stupore nel scoprire ogni giorno la vita. A volte ci avvolgiamo di pessimismo, guardiamo sempre il bicchiere mezzo vuoto, risulta più semplice lamentarsi di ciò che non va, di ciò che ci fa male, chiuderci in quattro mura, invece che gioire che siamo qui a poter vivere la vita, una vita preziosa, che se abbracciata con il cuore può regalare sogni meravigliosi. Come le due tortore, che inseparabili affrontano il temporale insieme, per sempre.
