Adapt and Evolve... The Key, not Only for Steemit.

🇬🇧 This topic can be treated in the most varied fields, what we know for sure is that man's ability to adapt is unique, perhaps our best weapon. Suffice it to think that there is no place that is not inhabited by man, capable of evolving faster than any other creature. Our ability to understand and learn has no limits, so today I want to talk about all this with regard to Steemit, since that most of us now spend a lot of time here. We leave aside any unnecessary discourse, such as the monopolization of power, abuse of poolreward and things like that, let's concentrate on ourselves and what we can do to improve our experience. For those who have just started it is very hard, but do not be discouraged, continue to engage and follow the good advice that many advanced users distribute and you will see that you will get excellent results.

The adaptation here is fundamental, we must understand where our strengths are and work on those, there are many ways to success, not just having a friend with so much SP or being a great writer, I have neither of them and yet I obtained good results exploiting my skills. For example, the Italian group @steempostitalia to which I belong, has created an excellent daily awarding system for the best authors in the Italian language, which rewards the best post for each category every day, which should be 9 category if I'm not mistaken. This is to tell you that I never go to the prize, despite being one of the users with the most SP and reputation here, I know I'm not a great author, or at least not at the level of the winners, but this did not stop me.

How to do if you are not good author?

If Steemit was based on quality I would be kaput XD, but people do Steemit, I have lived in my life, tried, felt, now perhaps not always for myself, but I can understand others, more than anything else sensitive souls like mine. From here I met many interesting people with whom I exchanged opinions and ideas, often coming to become friends and support each other.

I am hungry for knowledge, I exploit all this in the interaction, well understanding the topic of the post that I'm interested in reading, building a comment that expresses my thoughts about it, but that puts the author to find an answer to it, so that a constructive dialogue can be born. Of course, you can do it with arguments of competence or similar, otherwise you risk being trivial or even annoying.

Respect! I have never offended or criticized no one on Steemit for no reason, not for this reason I have retreated from asserting my voice. I have always expressed my thought, right or wrong, this depends on the points of view, but always with respect first of all for the person or people that I had in front of me.

My posts are enough commented and voted by different people, this is unfortunately not easy to get on Steemit, but if you can propose a variety of topics in your work you have the opportunity to attract the interest of more people. Even here is the speech done previously, stay on own skills, surely you will have some of interesting.

🇮🇹 Questo argomento lo si può trattare nei più svariati campi, ciò che sappiamo per certo è che la capacità di adattamento dell'uomo è unica, forse la nostra arma migliore. Basti pensare che non esiste luogo che non sia abitato dall'uomo, capace di evolversi più velocemente di qualsiasi altra creatura. La nostra capacità di comprendere e imparare non ha limiti, per questo oggi voglio parlarvi di tutto questo per quanto riguarda Steemit, visto che bene o male la gran parte di noi ormai ci dedica molto tempo. Tralasciamo ogni discorso superfluo, come la monopolizzazione del potere, abusi di poolreward e cose così, invece concentriamoci su noi stessi e su cosa possiamo fare per migliorare la nostra esperienza. Per chi ha appena iniziato è molto dura, ma non lasciatevi scoraggiare, continuate ad impegnarvi e seguire i buoni consigli che molti utenti avanzati distribuiscono e vedrete che otterrete ottimi risultati.

L'adattamento qui è fondamentale, dobbiamo capire dove sono i nostri punti di forza e lavorare su quelli, ci sono molte via per il successo, non solo avere l'amico con tanto SP o essere dei grandi autori, io non ho nessuno dei due eppure ho ottenuto discreti risultati sfruttando le mie capacità. Per esempio il gruppo Italiano @steempostitalia di cui faccio parte, ha creato un ottimo sistema di premiazione giornaliero per i migliori autori in lingua Italiana, che premia il miglior post per ogni categoria, che dovrebbero essere 9 se non sbaglio. Questo per dirvi che io non vado mai a premio, nonostante qui sono uno degli utenti con maggior SP e reputazione, so di non essere un grande autore, o perlomeno non al livello dei vincitori, ma questo non mi ha fermato.

Come fare se non si è bravi autori?

Se Steemit si basasse sulla qualità sarei spacciato XD, ma le persone fanno Steemit, io nella mia vita ho vissuto, provato, sentito, ora forse non sempre per me stesso, ma riesco comprendere gli altri, più che altro gli animi sensibili come il mio. Da qui ho conosciuto molte persone interessanti con cui ho scambiato opinioni e idee, arrivando spesso a diventare amici e sostenerci a vicenda.

Sono affamato di conoscenza, sfrutto tutto questo nell'interazione, comprendendo bene il tema del post che mi interessa leggere, costruendo un commento che esprima il mio pensiero a riguardo, ma che ponga l'autore a trovare una risposta ad esso, in modo che ne possa nascere un dialogo costruttivo. Certo, lo si può fare con argomenti di competenza o affini, altrimenti si rischia di risultare banali o addirittura seccanti.

Rispetto! Non ho mai offeso o criticato senza motivo nessuno su Steemit, non per questo mi sono tirato indietro dal far valere la mia voce. Ho sempre fatto valere il mio pensiero, giusto o sbagliato che fosse, questo dipende dai punti di vista, ma sempre con in primis il rispetto per la persona o le persone che avevo di fronte.

I miei post sono abbastanza commentati e votati da persone diverse, questo purtroppo non è facile da ottenere su Steemit, tuttavia se si riesce proporre una certa varietà di argomenti nei propri lavori si ha la possibilità di attirare l'interesse di più persone. Anche qui vale il discorso fatto in precedenza, rimanere sulle proprie competenze, sicuramente ne avrete alcune di interessanti.

Bene amici, ora non posso dirvi ogni mio piccolo segreto, ma sono felice di poter essere d'aiuto se comprenderete che l'importante è adattarsi ed evolversi, sfruttando le nostre capacità, perchè ognuno di noi ha delle qualità in cui eccelle, dobbiamo essere in grado di individuarle e adattarle al contesto. In questo caso stiamo parlando di Steemit, ma questa è una regola da tenere a mente in tutta la vita.
