Il problema che si pone nella vita del manager è che a volte ci si trascina quotidianamente a lavorare ma senza avere ispirazioni in quanto la chiusura cerebrale è notevole. È come se non si fosse capaci di porre in sintonia il fare aziendale con il fare della propria vita. Il Management del nostro periodo è incompleto e non riesce a fare proprie le necessità più importanti. E quindi il solo pensare al management di domani in rapporto ad oggi, potrebbe diventare più piacevole da capire perché si trasformi in una professionalità dinamica. Ci si chiede quali debbano essere le qualità del manager? Partendo dal fatto che dovrebbe sentire l'azienda per cui lavora sua, occorrerebbe anche la gestione di un ottimo servizio clienti; essere vicini al mercato e acquistare a basso costo, conoscere bene i giornali di finanza per vendere su quei mercati che offrono prezzi migliori. A volte, nella storia ci sono stati contenziosi che si sono aperti con lo Stato che pretendeva l'esclusiva sul commercio dei prodotti che si volevano vendere e quindi l'imprenditore interessato chiude il commercio cui lo stato aveva nutrito interesse e si rivolge al altro, cambiando radicalmente. In precedenza si era rivelato competitivo con lo Stato praticando prezzi migliori sugli oggetti commerciali di interesse, e vince intelligentemente le competizioni anche nei servizi, perché i governi stabiliscono in quali piazze occorre fare affari, ad una certa distanza dai territori interessati, l'imprenditore privato si serve di uomini in grado, se necessario anche di gestire molto meglio un vero servizio clienti, magari anche risalendo un fiume per incontrarsi con il cliente. QUESTO SIGNIFICA CREARE UNA VERA E PROPRIA AZIENDA.
