Hunh, just a youngster (end sarcasm).
I remember from my telescoping days that globular clusters were the best objects in scopes:
- Stars are okay but basically just points of light.
- Galaxies are nice in photos, in a scope they are just dim fuzzy oblong blobs.
- The planets are cool but kind of small.
- Globular clusters however do not disappoint. Large, bright and you can almost imagine their spherical shape in 3-D.
