torta di yucca
Ingredienti: (20 persone)
2 kg. di yucca
1 kg. di formaggio llanero grattugiato
6 uova fresche
6 cucchiai di burro
1 kg di zucchero
2 litri di latte
caramella

preparazione:
Sbuccia e lava e rimuovi il nervo verso la yucca. Grattugia la yucca sul lato spesso del rallo. Sbatti le uova e aggiungi alla yucca grattugiata. Sciogliere il burro e aggiungere alla yucca grattugiata. Mescolare il latte con lo zucchero e aggiungere alla miscela precedente. Aggiungere metà del formaggio alla miscela e mescolare delicatamente. Versare la tortera precedentemente preparata con il caramello e cospargere con il resto del formaggio. Cuocere fino a doratura.
