Carciofi Arrostiti / Roasted Artichokes [IT/EN]

Cari amici, se c'è una cosa che non può mancare ad una scampagnata primaverile, sono i mitici carciofi arrosto!
Delizia del palato... Prelibatezze da gustare con calma assaporandone ogni minimo pezzettino.

Prendete dei bei carciofi teneri, tagliare il gambo e sbattete con forza la parte sommitale contro un tavolo in modo da far allargare le foglie. A parte preparate il condimento: olio, succo di limone, prezzemolo tritato, aglio tritato, sale e pepe.

Con un cucchiaino riempite i carciofi con il condimento e poi dirattemante sulla brace!
Abbiate cura di girarli di continuo per evitare che si brucino... e preparatevi ad una nuvola di fumo bianco, denso dovuto al contatto del condimento con la brace!!!
