Here it is this great rock progressive group I found on Musicoin.
FEM stands for Electromotive Force (Forza Elettromotrice in italian languge). The name already tells the energy and traction that the FEM’s music expresses.

The band was born in 2007, and after a ranks that takes place bringing on the stages of Milan’s district a repertoire consisting of covers of the Italian progressive panorama, publishes in 2011 its first EP titled "Epsilon" with the line-up Giacomo Balzarotti (voice), Alberto Citterio (keyboards), Paolo Colombo (guitar), Marco Buzzi (bass), Emanuele Borsati (drums).

When I hear it I feel like in 70ies listening Genesis. Take the pleasure to liste their great music. The melodic and full of effect guitar.
I really love lyrics and the way how they are able to sing.

In 2014, following the entry of the new singer Massimo Sabbatini, the concept "Sulla bolla di sapone" was published with the label Altrock / Fading by Marcello Marinone, in which appears as guest performer the trombonist Pietro Bertoni, who in 2015 becomes a permanent member, playing horns, glockenspiel and Taurus. The band in the following years has the opportunity to perform in events such as Ver1 Prog Festival of Veruno (2014) and the Riviera Prog Festival (2015), opening the headlining shows of the caliber of Focus, New Trolls and Goblin.

In 2018 FEM is ready to publish its new release: The LP "Mutazione" with the singer and violinist from Savona, Alessandro Graziano.

Ecco un grande gruppo di rock progressivo che ho trovato su Musicoin. ** FEM è l'acronimo di Forza Elettromotrice. Il nome da solo ci dice già dell'energia e la trazione che esprime la musica deo FEM.

La band è nata nel 2007, e dopo una produzione che si svolge portando sui palchi del distretto di Milano con un repertorio composto da suoni del panorama progressivo italiano, pubblica nel 2011 il suo primo EP intitolato "Epsilon" con la formazione Giacomo Balzarotti (voce), Alberto Citterio (tastiere), Paolo Colombo (chitarra), Marco Buzzi (basso), Emanuele Borsati (batteria).

Quando li ascolto mi sento come se ascoltassi Genesis negli anni '70. Prendi il piacere di ascoltare la loro grande musica. La chitarra melodica e piena di effetti. Adoro i testi e il modo in cui sono in grado di cantare.

La band negli anni successivi ha l'opportunità di esibirsi in eventi come Ver1 Prog Festival di Veruno (2014) e Riviera Prog Festival (2015), aprendo gli spettacoli di headliner del calibro di Focus, New Trolls e Goblin.
