Avendo tanto spazio esterno dove viviamo, i miei genitori hanno sempre avuto cani di media-grossa taglia e hanno sempre cercato di lasciarli più liberi possibile senza tenerli troppo in casa.
Quando è arrivata Lady (aveva pochi mesi) le cose sono cambiate un pochino.
Come ben sapete i Labrador sono una razza di cane parecchio giocherelloni, uniti al fatto che Lady era anche piccola, il risultato è stato devastante.

Esattamente gli abbiamo lasciato libertà come agli altri cani e questa sentendosi sola, ha distrutto qualsiasi cosa c’era in giardino:

• Sradicato qualsiasi fiore avevano piantato i miei genitori;
• Invaso l’orto di mio padre e rubato parecchie verdure;
• Ha tirato fuori quasi tutti i pesci rossi dal laghettino che avevamo in giardino;
• Morsicato e rovinato tutti i fermi delle persiane, le sedie e tavolo da giardino;
• Rosicato tubi elettrici e del condizionatore;
• Strappato tutta l’irrigazione a goccia per bagnare i fiori;
• Tapezzato il giardino di buche;
• Rovinato ben 2 cuccie in legno;
• Ecc.

Abbiamo dovuto recintare ogni cosa che era sotto la sua mira, come l’orto e i fiori; abbiamo creato un recinto anche per delimitare la zona deposito attrezzi di mio padre se no li portava dovunque.
Abbiamo eliminato l’impianto a goccia dai fiori e abbiamo iniziato a bagnarli manualmente ogni due giorni.
Abbiamo isolato qualsiasi tubo mettendoci davanti pietre e/o vasi pesanti.
Insomma ci ha fatto lavorare un pò.... Ahahah
Le romanzine non sono mancate ma, fino a quando non è cresciuta, l’abbiamo tenuta sotto controllo e in casa.
Ora si è molto calmata, anche se ogni tanto qualche ricordo in giardino ce lo lascia sempre.
Sono cani giocherelloni e quindi noi lo accettiamo e gli vogliamo un mondo di bene lo stesso.
