Ristrutturazione "Rifacimento pareti a gesso" - Renovation "Gypsum wall renovation". [ITA-ENG]

Ciao a tutti,
visto che il tema delle ristrutturazioni edilizie interessa a molte persone, da oggi inizierò a pubblicare alcuni post descrittivi e illustrativi su alcune lavorazioni svolte presso i miei cantieri.
Lo scopo è far conoscere alle persone interessate le varie fasi di lavoro correte per ogni singola lavorazione, e perchè no, far conoscere nuovi materiali e tecnologie che offre il mercato.
Oggi vi parlerò di un argomento abbastanza comune ma che molte imprese, durante la fase esecutiva, non rispettano al meglio, per mantenere costi e tempo di esecuzione minori:
"Rifacimento di pareti interne a gesso"
Durante la ristrutturazione di una abitazione, nelle pareti interne esistenti, vengono create varie scanalature per far passare i vari impianti elettrici e/o idraulici.
Sistemare ogni singola scanalatura porterebbe ad avere una parete ultimata parecchio irregolare e non appagante alla vista, quindi il mio consiglio è di riempire le scanalature con la malta semplice una volta inseriti i vari impianti, piccozzare tutta la superficie della parete esistente e passare con un rullo da pittore un aggrappante apposito, facendolo asciugare almeno per un giorno.
Tutto questo aiuterà il nuovo materiale ad aderire al meglio a tutta la parete esistente.

The aim is to make interested people aware of the various phases of work, and why not, to introduce new materials and technologies that the market offers.
Today I will talk to you about a fairly common subject, but many companies do not fully respect them during the execution phase, in order to keep costs and execution time down:
"Restoration of internal plaster walls".
During the renovation of a house, various grooves are created in the existing internal walls to allow the various electrical and/or hydraulic systems to pass through.
Arranging each single groove would lead to a finished wall that is quite irregular and not satisfying for the eyes, so my advice is to fill the grooves with simple mortar once the various systems have been inserted, to pick up the entire surface of the existing wall and pass a special clinging roller with a paint roller, letting it dry for at least one day.
All this will help the new material to better adhere to the entire existing wall.

Un'altra cosa importante prima di stendere il nuovo materiale, è quella di usare una rete apposita plastificata, da applicare tra la parete vecchia e le scanalature, questo impedirà il formarsi di crepe con il passare del tempo.
Negli angoli bisogna sempre posare un paraspigolo in metallo e meglio ancora in materiale plastico.

Another important thing before laying the new material is to use a plastic-coated mesh, to be applied between the old wall and the grooves, which will prevent the formation of cracks over time.
In the corners, always install a metal edge protector and even better in plastic material.

Una volta fatti tutti questi accorgimenti, si può iniziare a rasare a gesso tutte le pareti.
Non spaventatevi se le pareti asciugheranno in maniera non omogenea, arieggiate bene il locale per almeno due settimane e il risultato finale sarà perfetto.

Once you have done all these tricks, you can begin to shaving all the walls in plaster.
Do not be frightened if the walls will dry unevenly, ventilate the room well for at least two weeks and the final result will be perfect.

Solo una volta asciutte tutte le pareti si potrà capire se il gessista ha fatto un buon lavoro vedendo se le superfici sono completamente liscie e regolari oppure se presenta imperfezioni.
Aiutatevi con dei faretti in ambiente completamente buio.
Per quanto riguarda i soffitti, se non sono troppo malmessi, consiglio di sistemare solo dove necessario e non rifare tutto completamente.
Il risultato finale sarà comunque ottimo.
