ci avviciniamo al Natale e immancabilmente si è aperto il periodo delle cento e uno cene in tredici giorni, suddivise tra parenti, amici e lavoro.

Prima cosa, dite addio alla vostra dieta; con tutte queste mangiate è impossibile non ingrassare.

Seconda cosa, iscrivetevi il prima possibile ad una palestra; ne avrete tanto bisogno per rimettervi in forma quando riprenderete la vita normale.

Che poi noi continuiamo a lamentarci giorno dopo giorno.... ma alla fine, sotto sotto, ci fa pure piacere passare tutto questo tempo con le gambe sotto al tavolo, a ridere e scherzare con le persone a cui teniamo di più.
E allora forza e coraggio, impugnate la forchetta e dateci dentro......... io ho già cominciato ;)
