Il freddo che porta l'influenza - The cold that brings flu [ITA-ENG]

Ciao a tutti,
purtroppo o per fortuna è arrivato il freddo e, come capita spesso, è arrivato all'improvviso, senza una diminuzione graduale delle temperature.
Siamo passati di netto da giornate soleggiate con un clima mite, a giornate fredde con nuvoloni carichi di neve.

Tutto questo non fa bene al nostro corpo, infatti è già allerta influenza in tutta Italia.
Di certo io non potevo rimanere esonerato da tutto questo, infatti è da un paio di giorni che combatto per guarire da questa prima ondata di virus.

I certainly couldn't be exempt from all this, in fact it's been a couple of days since I fought to heal from this first wave of viruses.

Sintomi:

• Mal di gola;
• Tosse;
• Raffreddore;
• Mal di ossa;
• Qualche linea di febbre.

Purtroppo il mio lavoro non mi permette di staccare completamente e rimanere a casa a rilassarmi per agevolare la guarigione, quindi dovrò cercare altre soluzioni:

• Mangiare cibi leggeri e salutari, come brodini caldi, verdura, ecc;

Symptoms:

• sore throat;
• Coughing;
• Cold;
• Bone pain;
• A few lines of fever.

Unfortunately, my work does not allow me to detach myself completely and stay at home to relax in order to facilitate healing, so I will have to look for other solutions:

• Eat light and healthy food such as hot broth, vegetables, etc;

• Arricchirsi di vitamina C con frutta, come arance, limoni, ecc;

• Enrich yourself with vitamin C with fruit such as oranges, lemons, etc;

• Coprirsi bene quando si esce al freddo, soprattutto zona gola e testa che tante volte restano scoperte;

• Cover well when coming out of the cold, especially the throat and head area, which are often uncovered;

• La sera riposare il più possibile e a nanna presto.

• In the evening rest as much as possible and early as possible.

Forse non si è capito, ma io sono contrario ai medicinali.
Li somministro sono in casi eccezionali quando proprio non riesco più a sopportare il dolore.

Speriamo che questa leggera influenza passa alla svelta perchè sono già stanco di non poter fare la mia solita routine settimanale.
