Giorni infernali a lavoro - Infernal days at work [ITA-ENG]

da oggi è ufficialmente iniziata la corsa alla chiusura della maggior parte dei miei cantieri, prima della fine dell'anno.
Ormai, è consuetudine, che gli ultimi 15 giorni dell'anno, si trasformano in un vero inferno; tutto questo grazie alle detrazione fiscali.

The race to close most of my construction sites officially started today, before the end of the year.
By now, it is customary that the last 15 days of the year are transformed into a real hell; all this thanks to the tax deductions.
Il perchè è semplice.......
Nel comunicato dell'Agenzia delle Entrate si dichiara che tutte queste detrazioni (Risparmio Energetico, Ristrutturazioni Edilizie, Bonus Mobili, ecc) saranno in vigore fino al 31 Dicembre del 2017.
The reason is simple............
In the press release of the Revenue Agency, it is stated that all these deductions (Energy Saving, Building Restructuring, Furniture Bonuses, etc.) will be in force until 31 December 2017.
Tutti parlano che verranno prorogate ma la certezza matematica ci sarà solo quando verrà firmata la proposta di Legge e questo accadrà gli ultimi giorni dell'anno in corso o i primi del nuovo anno.
E così, quasi tutti i miei clienti, ci velocizzano i lavori per poter pagare entro la fine dell'anno, per poter usufruire di questi bonus.
Quindi vi lascio immaginare il delirio che mi aspetta in cantiere e in ufficio nei prossimi giorni. ;(
Ma non è finita..... il bello deve ancora arrivare. ;)
Fortunatamente siamo riusciti a prendere alcuni lavori grossi di ristrutturazione e casualmente vogliono che presentiamo tutte le pratiche in Comune con relativi progetti prima della fine di Dicembre.

But it's not over.... the beauty is yet to come. ;)
Fortunately we have managed to take some major renovation works and by chance they want us to present all the files in common with related projects before the end of December.
Ormai certe persone non ha più il senso del tempo: pensa che per fare un disegnino, uno studio di progetto e iniziare i lavori, basta un paio di giorni e via......
Beh non è così.
Intanto utilizzo le poche pause che ho per scrivere il mio post anche se è già ora di riprendere a lavorare. :(

Non è cosa buona che passi l'ordinanza... ci sarebbe un calo dei lavori di ristrutturazione notevole.
Non penso che tolgono le agevolazioni. Anche perché si potrebbero aprire due fronti: non si lavora più oppure pagheranno tutti in cash
