Disintossicazione da social - Social detoxification [ITA-ENG]

Ciao a tutti,
oggi vi parlo di una cosa che ho notato nell'ultima settimana e che ha scombussolato l'andamento delle mie giornate e serate:
Disintossicazione da “Facebook” e da “Instagram”

Hi everyone,
Today I am talking about something that I have noticed in the last week and that has disrupted the performance of my days and evenings:
Detoxification from "Facebook" and "Instagram"

Ebbene si.....
Dovete sapere che negli ultimi anni, questi due social, hanno creato in me una qual specie di droga a livelli esponenziali; più crescevo, più tempo passavo connesso. :(
Ad esempio:

• Continuavo a scorrere pagine e pagine infinite di persone che conoscevo e non;
• Mi soffermavo a leggere qualsiasi stupidata che qualcuno pubblicava;
• Mettevo mi piace a fotografie di persone che manco salutavo quando le incontravo per strada;
• Chiedevo amicizie di gente mai vista;
• Ecc.

Insomma ero malato come la maggior parte di ragazzi al giorno d'oggi.
Ore e ore davanti a uno schermo di uno smartphone per non concludere nulla.
E ora??? Cosa è successo in me???

Yes, yes.......
You have to know that in recent years, these two socialists have created in me some kind of drug at exponential levels; the more I grew, the more time I spent connected. :(
For example:

• I kept on scrolling through endless pages and pages of people I knew and not;
• I dwelt on reading any stupidity that someone published;
• I liked pictures of people I missed when I met them on the street;
• I asked for friendships of people I had never seen before;
• etc.

In short, I was sick like most boys nowadays.
Hours and hours in front of a screen on a smartphone to not finish anything.
And now? What happened to me??

Ora ho concentrato parte del mio tempo libero a seguire “steemit” e a pubblicare, quando posso, racconti su me e su tutto quello che mi circonda.
La trovo molto più “salutare” come cosa.
Conosco nuova gente e nel frattempo riesco a sfogarmi come se sto scrivendo su un diario.
Non mi sto drogando di “steemit”; sto solamente prendendo passione per qualcosa che mi fa stare bene, che mi rilassa.
E per di più, volendo, ti fa anche guadagnare qualcosa.
Che si può desiderare di più? ;)
Un ringraziamento particolare va al mio caro amico che mi ha fatto conoscere “steemit” e che mi segue/aiuta sempre senza mai perdere la pazienza.
Sei un grande!!! :)

Now I've focused part of my spare time on following "steemit" and publishing, when I can, stories about me and everything around me.
I find it much more "healthy" as a thing.
I know new people and meanwhile I manage to run out as if I'm writing in a diary.
I'm not drugging myself with "steemits"; I'm just taking a passion for something that makes me feel good, that relaxes me.
And what's more, if you want, it also makes you earn something.
What more can you want? ;)
