Hi everyone, I came back after a while.
Today I will show you how you can watercolor an illustration or character from a cartoon; with two famous Disney princesses.
In my case I started from the drawing, first in pencil then I inked with different sized nibs; but for those who do not love or can not draw, they can simply print the black and white drawing on watercolored paper and work from there.
My advice is not to make too big sizes initially, I did a 18x13

Oggi vi farò vedere come si può acquerellare un illustrazione o personaggio di un cartone animato; con due famose principessine Disney.
Nel mio caso sono partita dal disegno, prima a matita poi ho inchiostrato con pennini di diversa misura; ma per chi non ama o non è capace di disegnare può semplicemente stampare il disegno in bianco e nero su carta acquerellata e lavorare da li.
Il mio consiglio è di non fare formati troppo grandi inizialmente, io ho fatto un 18x13.

To add lights or white (as in the case of Anna the snow) i use white uniposca but you can also try with a white gel pen or mastic.
In my case I used glitter powder that I went to apply with the glue, I did not use vinavil because I do not like the crust that does, but you can try to dilute it with water so that it is less invasive.
Remember that in this case the technique used is a wet on dry or wet on wet with dried veiling if you want to create a bit of a seat.

Per prima cosa andate ad identificare le ombre e le luci e cercate di ricreare o comunque di interpretare i colori del personaggio che andate a creare.

A seconda di quanto è pigmentoso l’acquarello noterete che va a coprire un po’ il vostro segno a china, nel caso una volta asciutto andate a ripassare il tutto.
Per aggiungere luci o bianchi (come nel caso di Anna la neve) io uso l’uniposca bianco ma potete provare anche con una biro a gel bianca o col mastice.
Nel mio caso ho usato dei glitter in polvere che sono andata ad applicare con la colla a velo, non ho usato la vinavil perché non amo la crosticina che fa, ma potete provare a diluirla con acqua in modo che risulti meno invasiva.
Ricordate che in questo caso la tecnica utilizzata è un bagnato su asciutto oppure un bagnato su bagnato con velatura asciugata se volete creare un po’ di fondino.
