Advice on buying the first guitar:

First you need to decide which type of guitar we want to learn to play but above all what we want to do: become good guitarists or strum between friends?
After our choice, we must therefore focus on the instrument that is right for us: in the first, I recommend the purchase of an electric guitar, in the second I would better opt for a classic or better yet acoustic one that has the most ringing and decisive sound.

It is clear that both models are good both in the first and in the second case but the difference lies in the fact that if you are at sea, perhaps on the beach in front of a bonfire ... well I don't know where you can connect the 220V amplifier for make the electric guitar heard!
Do you know battery amplifiers? yes, but you should always carry them with you along with the guitar .... and the batteries don't last that long ....

The first mistake NOT to commit is to buy a cheap or low-end product. Better to focus on mid-range tools or a good used one for the same price. For example, if we have a budget of 200 euros for the purchase of a new guitar, at that price we will find only new low-end instruments and coarsely produced, perhaps focusing on a good used one, we could take a much better instrument to the same figure and brand.
Taking into account also, in the future if we were to abandon the idea of ​​learning to play, a better resale of the instrument.

Speaking of electric guitars, there are several forms; the most classic and known is the Stratocaster model, invented by Fender in 1954 and was a true revolution in the guitar field. It is one of the most successful, comfortable and well-balanced forms.

Personally, after having had various guitars in the classic "Strato" and "Les Paul" forms, trying out a small Spirit by Steinberger curiosity, I sold all the others to buy and use only this type of guitar. It is extremely comfortable, easy to handle and light that I can no longer handle any other type of guitar.
In the jargon it is called "scopetta" due to its particular shape that resembles that of a broom.

A big advantage of it, in addition to the compact dimensions and therefore the weight, is also that of not having the head like all the other guitars and this helps a lot in the test rooms a little "small" and is also very convenient to take on the road . There is also a model produced under license by the German company Hohner, it differs only in the pick-up selector replaced by three on-off switches. I would recommend this type of guitar, the "scopetta", really successful result of the genius of Ned Steinberger.

Consigli sull'acquisto della prima chitarra:

Innanzitutto bisogna decidere quale tipo di chitarra vogliamo imparare a suonare ma soprattutto cosa vogliamo fare: diventare buoni chitarristi o strimpellare tra amici?
Fatta la nostra scelta dobbiamo orientarci quindi sullo strumento che fa al caso nostro: nel primo, consiglio l'acquisto di una chitarra elettrica, nel secondo meglio optare per una classica o meglio ancora acustica che ha il suono più squillante e deciso.

E' chiaro che entrambi i modelli vanno bene sia nel primo che nel secondo caso ma la differenza sta nel fatto che se siete al mare,magari sulla spiaggia davanti ad un falò... beh non so dove potrete collegare ai 220V l'amplificatore per far sentire la chitarra elettrica!
Esistono ampli a batteria dite? sì, ma dovreste sempre portarveli dietro assieme alla chitarra.... e le batterie non durano poi molto....

Il primo errore da NON commettere è quello di acquistare un prodotto economico o di fascia bassa. Meglio orientarsi su strumenti di fascia media o un buon usato a parità di prezzo. Ad esempio se abbiamo un budget di 200 euro per l'acquisto di una nuova chitarra, a quel prezzo troveremo nuovi solo strumenti di fascia bassa e realizzati grossolanamente, orientandosi magari su un buon usato, alla medesima cifra potremmo portare a casa uno strumento decisamente migliore e di marca.
Tenendo anche conto, in futuro se dovessimo abbandonare l'idea di imparare a suonare, una miglior rivendibilità dello strumento.

Parlando di chitarre elettriche, ne esistono svariate forme; la più classica e conosciuta è il modello Stratocaster, inventato da Fender nel 1954 e fu una vera rivoluzione nel campo chitarristico. E' una delle forme meglio riuscite,comoda e ben bilanciata.

Personalmente, dopo aver avuto varie chitarre nelle forme classiche "Strato" e "Les Paul" , provando per curiosità una minuscola Spirit by Steinberger ho venduto tutte le altre per acquistare ed utilizzare solamente questo tipo di chitarra. E' estremamente comoda,maneggevole e leggera che non riesco più ad imbracciare nessun altro tipo di chitarra.
Nel gergo viene chiamata "scopetta" per via della sua particolare forma che ricorda quella di una scopa.

Un suo grosso vantaggio,oltre alle dimensioni compatte e quindi al peso, è anche quello di non avere la paletta come tutte le altre chitarre e ciò aiuta parecchio magari nelle sale prova un po' "small" ed è anche molto comoda da portare in viaggio. Esiste anche un modello prodotto su licenza dalla tedesca Hohner, differisce solo per il selettore dei pick-up sostituito da tre switch on-off. Mi sento di consigliare questo tipo di chitarra, la "scopetta", davvero riuscita frutto dell'ingegno di Ned Steinberger.
