Very nicely put, Cecilia. You've incorporated Adam Smith's "Invisible Hand", American Individualism and the concept that the world runs on individuals pursuing their own personal self-interests. The underlying construct is that we do not live in "zero-sum" economies; that is, in order for one to become wealthy, others must become poorer. This is a socialist false doctrine. In reality, when one becomes wealthy, all others around him become richer, as well. Very good!
