E' il 14' del primo tempo di Argentina-Nigeria, l'ex interista Banega con un lungo e preciso lancio imbecca il numero 10 dell'Argentina, che compie una prodezza incredibile.
Stop di ginocchio, palleggio con il sinistro e resistendo al ritorno del difensore, con un tiro incrociato di destro, neanche il suo piede, trafigge il portiere Nigeriano.
Esplode la gioia di 40 milioni di argentini!!

Primo goal di Messi a questo mondiale e l'argentina si qualifica per la fase successiva con già quella che può essere considerata una finale anticipata, con la Francia.
Il mondiale ritrova una squadra che alla vigilia era una delle candidate alla vittoria finale e il suo leader Messi da fare da anti-Ronaldo.
Tutto a posto dunque per l'Argentina?
Direi non proprio, la partita con la Nigeria ha evidenziato che il problema non è solamente psicologico, ma anche fisico.
Se il problema fosse solamente di natura mentale, dopo il goal di vantaggio, arrivato anche presto, ci si sarebbe dovuto aspettare una partita più spigliata da parte degli argentini.
La squadra è apparsa fisicamente non all'altezza, e questo anche nelle partite precedenti. Sintomatico che Di Maria, che pure non aveva giocato la partita precedente, sia stato sostituito nella ripresa, in evidente debito d'ossigeno.
Lo stesso vale comunque per il resto della squadra, che dovrà ritrovare presto una migliore condizione, visto che la prossima rivale si chiama Francia che fa della fisicità, sopratutto a centrocampo, uno dei punti di forza e che i francesi hanno di fatto riposato nella noiosa partita con la Danimarca
