At the Gates (ITA/ENG)

Ciao Steemians! Oggi voglio parlarvi di un gruppo davvero speciale gli "At the Gates", gruppo svedese death metal melodico. Nati nel 1990 e scioltosi sei anni più tardi per poi riunirsi nel 2007 per fare un tour mondiale, nel 2010 sono tornati in attività. Nati dalle ceneri del gruppo "Grotesque", combinano velocità e ritmiche martellanti thrash metal con la violenza della scena death metal americana e svedese, un tocco di black metal ed un pizzico di hardcore. All'epoca era unici, considerati tra gli artefici del genere, sono stati fonte di ispirazione per moltissimi gruppi metal, tra cui "Dark Tranquillity" ed "In Flames". Quando si sciolsero il batterista Adrian Erlandsson, il bassista Jonas Björler ed il chitarrista Anders Björler formarono i "The Haunted", mentre il cantante Tomas Lindberg divenne il leader di diversi gruppi: "Skitsystem", "Disfear", "The Crown""Lock Up", "Nightrage" ed i "The Great Deceiver". In seguito Adrian Erlandsson lasciò i "The Haunted" per andare a suonare nel gruppo black metal "Cradle of Filth".

Hi Steemians! Today I want to tell you about a very special band "At the Gates", a melodic death metal band from Sweden.
