Ciao Steemians!

In occasione del concerto dei Guns'n'Roses del mese scorso a Firenze, ho avuto l'occasione di soggiornare in quel di Prato o meglio nota come Plato (🤣) soprannominata in questa goliardico maniera per via della sua altissima densità di popolazione proveniente dalla Cina, stando ad un articolo del giornale Il Tirreno di un anno fa', un ragazzo su sei è Cinese.

In occasione di questo mio soggiorno ho avuto l'opportunità di conoscere dal vivo la prima persona che io abbia conosciuto su Internet ed ho avuto un doppio onore:

• Il primo è che non o conosciuto un semplice utente Internet, ma uno Steemians!!!

• Il secondo, ma non in ordine cronologico, è che ho conosciuto il grandioso nonché epico/leggendario @nicola71, utente SPI di ormai vecchia data come il sottoscritto.

Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata assieme in compagnia della mia compagna @marylin e di alcuni amici, dopo una cena inaspettata in una location d'alta classe dove abbiamo mangiato secondo la mia modesta opinione ottimamente, durante un tour notturno della città, parlando del più e del meno, Nicola mi ha spiegato che il numero di persone provenienti dalla Cina ufficiale non è lo stesso di quello reale, il quale è molto più alto.

Qualche post fa' durante un contest da me organizzato, dove ha partecipato anche lui (in esclusiva dato che era la prima volta in assoluto che partecipava ad un contest!), mi stupii di un cartello davvero particolare situato davanti all'alloggio dove abbiamo soggiornato, ed egli mi ha dato la seguente estrema e sincera spiegazione in un commento del post :

Ah caro amico io, non stupirti di quel cartello sito a Prato che vieta di sputare per terra: gli immigrati cinesi purtroppo hanno questo maledetto e anti igienico vizio. Più volte, negli anni, ci sono state forte polemiche a riguardo. Quindi tutto regolare 😉 (cit. @nicola71)

Al giorno d'oggi mai più avrei immaginato che certe abitudini fossero considerate ancora "normali", evidentemente mi sbagliavo di grosso.

Nicola si è rivelata una persona davvero piacevole ed affabile, mi ha fatto davvero un immenso piacere averlo conosciuto, mi ha dato l'impressione di essere una persona davvero di cuore, con la quale mi sono trovato a mio agio sin dal primo istante!

Durante i miei tre giorni di soggiorno a Prato ho avuto anche l'occasione di imparare cosa fosse una Foresteria, che è il luogo dove abbiamo soggiornato, situato nella magnifica Piazza Cardinale San Niccolò, che altro non è che un:

Gruppo di locali destinati, nell'ambito di un vasto complesso, all'alloggio di ospiti occasionali. (cit. Dizionario Google)

Non si smette mai di imparare insomma, almeno per quanto mi riguarda. Il Centro Storico della cittadina non è molto grosso, in alcune ore si possono visitare esteriormente quasi tutti i posti più famosi del centro città. Ne ho ovviamente approfittato per scattare alcune foto che vi propongo di seguito.

In occasion of the Guns'n'Roses Live concert of last month in Florence, I had the opportunity to stay in the Prato (Italy) or better known as Plato (🤣...in Italy there's jokes about their Italian pronunciation) nicknamed in this funny way because of its very high population density coming from China, according to a newspaper article Il Tirreno an year ago, a boy up to six is ​​Chinese.

On the occasion of my stay I had the opportunity to know live the first person I met on the Internet and I had a double honor:

• The first is that you do not know a simple Internet user, but a Steemians!!!

• The second, but not in chronological order, is that I met the grandiose and epic/legendary @ nicola71, SteemPostItalia user of long standing like me.

We spent a pleasant evening together in the company of my partner @marylin and some friends, after an unexpected dinner in a high class location where we ate in my modest opinion very well, during a night tour of the city, talking about the mny things, Nicola explained to me that the number of people coming from China officially* aren't the same number as the real one, which is much higher.*

Time ago during a contest organized by me, where he also took part (exclusively because it was the first time ever that he made a contest participation!), I was amazed by a really special sign located in front of the hotel where we was, and he gave me the following extreme and sincere explanation in a comment of the post:

Ah dear friend, do not be surprised by that sign in Prato that prohibits spitting on the ground: the Chinese immigrants unfortunately have this damn and anti hygienic vicious. Many times, over the years, there has been strong controversy about it. So everything is normal 😉 (@nicola71 quote)

I would never have imagined that in this modern era certain habits were still considered "normal" from someone, obviously I was wrong.

Nicola turned out to be a really pleasant and affable person, he really made me a great pleasure to have met him, he gave me the impression of being a very kind person with a big heart, with whom I found myself at ease from the first moment!

During my 3 days in Prato I also had the opportunity to learn what a Foresteria means, which is the Hotel where we stayed, located in the magnificent Cardinal San Niccolò Square, is a:

Group of rooms intended, as part of a large complex, for the accommodation of occasional guests. (Google Dictionary Quote)

You never stop learning, at least for me. The Historic Center of the town is not very big, in some hours you can visit almost all the most famous places in the city center. Of course I took the opportunity to take some pictures that I show you below.
