Cri du Chat Aware: Una pagina con una missione - A page with a mission ITA/ENG
Cri du Chat Aware nasce con l'intenzione di sensibilizzare sempre più persone riguardo la sindrome del Cri Du Chat una rara malattia che attualmente colpisce alla nascita circa 2 bambini all'anno in Italia. Come potete ben capire l'incidenza è davvero bassa e come spesso succede l'essere così pochi e rari non cattura l'attenzione dei grandi investitori scientifici. Nonostante questo però sparse per il mondo ci sono tante associazioni che stanno vicine alle famiglie che hanno bambini, ragazzi ed adulti con questa malattia rara.
In questo primo post condividerò solamente un breve video che nonostante la sua brevità e semplicità riuscirà a rendere un minimo l'idea di cosa possa essere questa sindrome.
Nei post che seguiranno cercherò di approfondire il più possibile tutte le problematiche inerenti.

La mia idea è quella di far creare a degli artisti (a titolo gratuito) alcuni disegni che possano in qualche modo essere collegati alla sindrome, disegni che poi saranno presenti su t-shirt, tazze, borse ed altri accessori.
Il sito spreadshirt garantisce una percentuale di guadagno sulle vendite, il guadagno derivato da queste vendite verrà reso pubblico su queste pagine e poi versato all'associazione ABC Bambini Cri Du Chat nella massima trasparenza possibile.
L'associazione in questione aiuta in primo piano le famiglie con ragazzi affetti dalla sindrome ma naturalmente ha bisogno di donazioni per poter continuare il suo operato, questo progetto vuole essere un mio piccolo aiuto sperando che possa davvero funzionare.
Cri du Chat Aware was born with the intention of making more and more people aware of the Cri Du Chat syndrome a rare disease that currently affects about 2 babies a year in Italy. As you can well understand the incidence is really low and as often happens being so few and rare does not catch the attention of the great scientific investors. Despite this, however, there are many associations around the world that are close to families that have children, young people and adults with this rare disease.
In this first post I will only share a short video that despite its brevity and simplicity will be able to make a minimum idea of what this syndrome may be.
In the posts that will follow I will try to investigate as much as possible all the inherent problems.

My idea is to let artists (for free) create some designs that can somehow be linked to the syndrome, designs that will then be present on t-shirts, cups, bags and other accessories.
The spreadshirt site guarantees a percentage of profit on sales, the gain derived from these sales will be made public on these pages and then paid to the association ABC Bambini Cri Du Chat in the maximum transparency possible.
The association in question helps families with children affected by the syndrome to the fore, but of course it needs donations in order to continue its work, this project wants to be my little help, hoping it can really work.
