We were there in July, it wasn’t that bad. We found Milan incredibly dirty, much worse than Rome. But our absolute favorite was Siena in Tuscany.

We didn’t make it to Palermo, we plan to make a few more trips coming up so it’s on a list of maybe/no for sure now.
