My Journey to Barcellona: (Eng-Ita)

In September of 2016, as a high school graduation gift, my uncle offered me a five-day trip to Barcellona. I never really travelled outside of Italy before then, and thanks to the trip. I began to love the idea of discovering new places and their histories.

Having studied Spanish in high school, I had no prblem communicating in their language. Besdies. Even if I didn't speak their language, I could have easily communicated in English because everyone we met spoke this language perfectly.

I think I left a little piece of myself in that city. All of those colors, the architecture, the traditions and the multicultural aspects made me literally fall in love with the city.

Having to leave to return home to my normal life for me was like a trauma, but I made myself a promise that, sooner or later, I would return.

I'll leave you with a few photos of the city, so that you can see for yourself, the magic of the place which never cease to amaze.

A settembre dell'anno 2016, come regalo dopo la maturità, mio zio mi ha regalato un viaggio di cinque giorni per Barcellona.
Non avevo mai fatto veri e propri viaggi prima d'allora, e grazie ad esso ho capito di amare l'idea di scoprire nuovi luoghi e la loro storia.

Avendo studiato spagnolo al liceo, per me non è stato un problema comunicare, oltretutto se non avessi conosciuto la lingua avrei potuto parlare tranquillamente in inglese dato che tutti lì lo parlano perfettamente.

Credo di aver lasciato una piccola parte di me in quella città. Tutti quei colori, quelle architetture, quelle tradizioni, la multiculturalità mi hanno fatto letteralmente innamorare.

Doverla lasciare per tornare alla normalità per me è stato come un trauma, ma ho promesso a me stessa che prima o poi ci sarei ritornata.

Vi lascio alcuni scatti, così che voi possiate sentirvi partecipi della magia di quel luogo, che non finirà mai di stupire.
