FINALLY I FOUND A PLACE TO CELEBRATE MY 35TH BIRTHDAY
Hello dear friends!
Finally I found a place I really like!
It was not easy, but I did :-)))
My birthday is only in two months, but those pass so quickly that if I don't fix everything now I don't get to organize in time anymore.
I think this environment is historic and romantic... it's not too pumped up and the garden borders a huge park. The most important thing will be the good weather, although of course I have organized some interior spaces.
After the good news I passed to the house of a friend, who has beautiful flowers on his terrace, but they do not last long, so I wanted to immortalize them before they wither.

Finalmente ho trovato un posto che mi piace!
Non è stato facile, ma ce l' ho fatta :-)))
Il mio compleanno è soltanto tra due mesi, ma quelli passano talmente in fretta che se non fisso tutto ora non arrivo piú ad organizzarmi in tempo.
Trovo che questo ambiente abbia sia qualcosa di storico che di romantico.... non è troppo pompato e il giardino confina con un parco enorme. La cosa piú importante sará il buon tempo, anche se ovviamente ho organizzato degli spazi interni.
Dopo la buona notizia sono passata a casa di un amico, che sul suo terrazzo ha dei fiori bellissimi, i quali peró durano poco, cosí ho voluto immortalarli prima che appasiscano.
Then I moved to the fifth district and took a picture of a rather peculiar door in the Wiedner Haupstrasse.
Poi sono passata dal quinto distretto e ho scattato una foto ad un portone abbastanza particolare nella Wiedner Haupstrasse.
Finally, I also took a picture of a Sphinx sculpture at the entrance gate of the Palais Schönburg.
Infine ho ripreso anche la scultura di una Sfinge, posta al cancello d' entrata del Palais Schönburg.
Tonight I still have a nice full but manageable program :-D

there are several Palais Schönborn in Vienna, but from your description you told me, I figured it is the one in the Laudongasse.
Looking forward to it - still remembering your 30th ..... come to think of it, time flies, it seemed like not that long ago!
