French onion soup is one of my favorite soups! Thank you for sharing this simple recipe. I will definitely try to make it. In restaurants, how do they get the cheese to bake over the bowl rim? do you fill the soup to the top? thank you
It's very easy when you are about to finish cooking in the oven use the gratinéed mode (hot air cooks the top) for 8/10 minuts. I suggest you to not fill it to the rim because during cooking it could come out.
