Technical analysis is one of the disciplines that seeks to solve this problem, it tries to predict the most probable scenarios, to predict the future trend but lacks the necessary precision in order to make real predictions. But the fault is not of the matter but of the markets and therefore, both of those who participate and of those who regulate them, the markets do not tend to balance, but to imbalance, that is, they continually pass from the excess of confidence to the excess of pessimism.
