The most important workers in the Globe.🌍 ~ I lavoratori piú importanti del Globo.

As a kid, the bees sincerely, were not among my favorite insects, ''because of their bites'', including the most annoying of their relatives, wasps. Growing up then, and watching various documentaries on TV, my opinion on these insects has changed, also due to the fact that I was a lover of their tasty honey. Today I take this opportunity to dedicate my photographic post, and briefly exalt their ''essential importance'' globally.

Bees have always been associated with industriousness, purity, nobility and for these and other virtues, many noble families have chosen them as symbols in their coat of arms. In fact, these little insects, with their super energetic product, have been protagonists of human life since ancient times. The first evidence of the interaction between these insects and humans dates back to over 12,000 years ago.

Many famous minds in antiquity, great thinkers and scientists in history, have remained fascinated by these incredible insects. Suffice it to say that already Aristotle, in his treatise ''De Generatione Animalium'', was interested in the bees and the mechanism by which the prized honey was produced. Subsequently, also Virgilio in the ''Georgiche'' and Plinio in the '' Naturalis Historia '' dealt with the theme of bees, beekeeping and how to cure them.

In more recent times, Shakespeare has also been a lover of bees and ''Napoleon always hid a jar of honey under his waistcoat 🤣''. The list of their famous fans could go on, as well as the many myths and legends arose around the figure fascinating and mysterious of these insects. Our survival is directly connected to bees and pollinating insects, because they are the producers of over 70% of the fruit and vegetables that we feed on.

In conclusion, dear friends, be more kind and loving these little insects, maybe when you accidentally enter a bee at home, gently accompany it to the first exit, remember that it is working for all of us and for the good of the world! Thank you for your kind attention, see you soon.

Da ragazzino le api sinceramente, non erano tra i miei insetti preferiti, ''a causa delle loro punture'', comprese quelle piú fastidiose dei loro parenti, le vespe. Crescendo poi, ed osservando vari documentari in tv, la mia opinione su questi insetti é cambiata, anche dovuta al fatto che ero un amante del loro gustoso miele. Oggi né approfitto per dedicargli il mio post fotografico, ed esaltarne brevemente la loro ''indispensabile importanza'' a livello globale.

Le api sono da sempre state associate all’operosità, alla purezza, alla nobiltà e per queste ed altre virtú, molte famiglie nobili le hanno scelte come simbolo nel loro stemma. Questi piccoli insetti infatti, con il loro prodotto super energetico, sono stati protagonisti della vita dell’uomo sin dall'antichitá. Le prime testimonianze dell’interazione fra questi insetti e l’uomo risalgono a oltre 12000 anni fá.

Molte menti illustri nell'antichitá, grandi pensatori e scienziati della storia, sono restati affascinati da questi incredibili insetti. Basti pensare che già Aristotele, nel suo trattato ''De Generatione Animalium'', si interessò alle api ed al meccanismo con cui veniva prodotto il pregiato miele. Successivamente, anche Virgilio nelle ''Georgiche'' e Plinio nella ''Naturalis Historia'' trattarono il tema delle api, dell’apicoltura e di come curarle.

In epoche più recenti, anche Shakespeare é stato un amante delle api e ''Napoleone nascondeva sempre un barattolino di miele sotto al suo gilé 🤣''. La lista dei loro fans famosi potrebbe proseguire, oltre anche ai numerosi miti e leggende sorti attorno alla figura affascinante e misteriosa di questi insetti. La nostra sopravivvenza, é direttamente connessa alle api, ed agli insetti impollinatori, perché sono loro i produttori di oltre il 70% della frutta e verduna di cui noi ci nutriamo.

In conclusione amici cari, siate piú gentili e amanti di questi piccoli insetti, magari quando per sbaglio vi entra una ape in casa, accompagnatela gentilmente verso la prima uscita, ricordatevi che stá lavorando per tutti noi e per il bene del Mondo!
