Nuovo obbligo di comunicazione degli infortuni
Dal 12 ottobre 2017 entra in vigore l’obbligo di comunicare telematicamente all’INAIL gli infortuni che comportano una assenza di almeno un giorno, oltre a quello dell’evento.
La comunicazione dovrà essere effettuata entro 48 ore dalla ricezione del certificato medico.
Nulla cambia invece per gli infortuni con assenza superiore ai tre giorni, per i quali si deve provvedere ad inoltrare la denuncia di infortunio, con le consuete modalità, entro il termine di 2 giorni dalla ricezione del certificato medico, per mezzo della consueta denuncia telematica ai fini assicurativi ex art. 53 D.P.R. n. 1124/1965.
Si fa presente che, in caso di mancata o tardiva comunicazione di tale nuovo adempimento, è prevista la sanzione da 548,00 a 1.972,80 euro.
Si ricorda invece che per il caso di mancato o ritardato invio della denuncia di infortunio superiore a tre giorni, è prevista la sanzione da 1.096,00 a 4.932,00 euro.
