Access Questions

Does anyone here use MS Access?
I had a few questions and thought it might be fun to post here first before actually moving to a helpdesk. I am trying to import batch files that can be located anywhere into a database I am setting up. I would prefer to use macro's but that seems like it is becoming clearer that I will have to use VBA. I already have the tables setup and can preform successful imports, my question is how to allow the lowest level end user's the ability to perform an import without having to put much thought into it and leave little room for error. Seems too great to be true, right?
