ISTANBUL CATS EVERYWHERE
Istanbul is full of stray cats and somehow they rule the city. You can see them in narrow backstreets, on rooftops and window sills, in parks and on doorsteps. Istanbul's feral cats tend to be relatively healthy. In every district, there is a good network of humans who provide the cats with food, water and even medical care.
