This is one thing that bugs me.

We heavily scrutinize aid to Ukraine and don't really do much regarding aid to Israel.

You can be forgiven for not knowing that there are three separate inspectors general monitoring Ukraine aid from the Pentagon, USAID, and the State Department, and additional oversight provided by the GAO itself.

They've released a number of reports on aid to Ukraine.

All I can think of with Israel is a USAID IG report on the doomed pier in Gaza.

The IGs have promised to release reports on Israeli aid after pressure, but it is rather ridiculous we are a year in and haven't gotten any substantive reports.
