Good People Will be Friends With Good People

Each of us must have friends, to make yourself a good person then befriend good people too.
In the Book adab ad-dunya wa ad-din imam Al-Mawardy quotes the words of the scholars

وفي معنى هذا قول بعض العلماء: من رضي بصحبة من لا خير فيه لم يرض بصحبته من فيه خير.

Anyone who wants to be friends with people who are not good to him, then good people do not want to be friends with him.

That means we must really sort and choose friends, because good people will be friends with good people too, and vice versa .. then fix yourself to be accompanied by good people.
