Karena sesungguhnya tujuan dari ayat ini tidaklah memastikan keberadaannya. Perihalnya sama saja dengan pengertian yang terdapat di dalam perkataanmu, "Aku runcingkan pena ini supaya aku dapat menulis dengannya." Dan kenyataannya terkadang kamu tidak menggunakannya.
